Gerry Daignault

Mr. Daignault currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of AgFeed Industries, Inc. He has 26 years of experience in senior operating and financial roles within global agribusinesses. Having served as the Director of Finance for Purina Mills, he joined PMAG Products as CFO where he lead the formulation and execution of an M&A strategy that led to the consolidation of various operating subsidiaries and services positioning the company for future growth. Subsequently he became the CFO of PIC North America, a leading swine genetics company, where he was instrumental in growing operating profit by more than 100% and facilitating the sale of the company to Genus PLC.

Mr. Daignault holds a BA in accounting and finance from the University of Missouri.

Thomas Zhi Yang, Esq.

Currently Mr. Yang serves as Special Counsel to AgFeed Industries, Inc. and its subsidiary companies. Prior to joining AgFeed Mr. Yang was an attorney with; Stevens & Lee, PC and Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC where he focused on serving Chinese companies accessing the U.S. capital markets together with their M&A needs.

Previously, Mr. Yang worked as a judge, governmental official, and corporate lawyer in China. His experience in working as both a government official - a regulator - and an attorney representing commercial clients provides him with a broad base of knowledge about Chinese law, economics, and society.

Mr. Yang received his master’s degree in international law from China University of Political Science and Law and a master’s degree in U.S. law from Temple University.
